Q: How do I create and set up an email account?
A: Enter "Hosting -> Email" in the control panel. POP3 accounts is a list of email boxes where you'll have your email delivered and sorted out. If you want to have more email accounts, press the "Add" button and fill out the data fields:

Password: Random characters that are generated by default can be used as a password. Alternate passwords may be created by pressing the "Generate" button.
Spam protection : All email correspondence will be spam-checked. If it's considered spam, the source of the email correspondence is spamlisted and blocked. Don't activate this option if you're going to use it for tech notifications, receiving email from bots, etc.

Aliases are listed after POP3 account activation. These aliases will get the copies of email correspondence. An alias can be from one of the POP3 accounts as well as from any other email address.
PLEASE NOTE! If you want to receive email correspondence from POP3 account user_pop1, you have to specify the following data:

POP3-server (server for receiving mail) mail.hqhost.net
Port 110
User name user_pop1
Password my password

To create an email address and set up email forwarding to the created POP3 account, click "Add New" in the Emails table and fill in the fields with the data:

Email : the email address where email is sent
Forward to the email address where email is forwarded

Emails specifed in the "Title" field will be forwarded to the email addresses specified in the "Forward to" field.

You may be able to receive e-mails via POP3 only if you create POP3 accounts and add forwarding towards them. To send email using our SMTP server, mail.hqhost.net, you'll have to set up authorization in your email client using the login and password of the POP3 account that was created before.

The login, login_popN, where login is your user name, and N is the number of the email box starting with a 0, is part of the system and can't be changed. "Email" allows you to create any email addresses within your domain zones.
