A: We accept payment via:

  • credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Epassport
  • CGPay
  • bank transfer

Q: When will you activate my account?
A: Right after the first payment.

Q: What if I don't pay for your services on time?
A: If the balance on your account is negative, you'll get a notification that your account has been Suspended (FTP, VPN, proxy will be inactive and the control panel will work in a limited mode) or "Disabled" (all the services including mail and access to the sites will be disabled). Usually we suspend the account in 10 days after the balance becomes negative and in 15 days, the account will be disabled.

Q: How can I view the invoices/bills?
A: To view your invoices/bills:

  1. Log into the web hosting control panel.
  2. Go to "Billing" - "Tariffs and bills"
  3. Choose the applicable fee and click - "Bills".
  4. 4. The list of invoices will be viewed. Click the desired period and see the details of the invoice.

Q: Can I change my package plan later?
A: Yes, you can. To change your package plan:

  1. Log into the web hosting control panel .
  2. Go to "Billing" - "Tariffs and bills "
  3. Click "Add"
  4. 4. Choose the desired package plan from the list. You will also see its start date. In this case the duration of your previous package plan will be limited to the first day of your new plan.
Please Note!!! A new package plan is activated only when the previous plan expires. If you want your new package plan to start from a certain date, contact us at billing@hqhost.net or ICQ 293613081 or create a help desk ticket in megatool.hqhost.net.

Q: How can invoices be viewed?
A: The invoice date is the date of account activation and usage of our hosting service.

  1. 1. At first we will invoice you for the price of the hosting plan you are using.
  2. 2. Later, at the end of the reporting month, the cost of additional services is added to the initial sum.
